The day started calm and sunny. A good turnout of 5 boats considering it is late May. The Ratepayers ramp was surprisingly quiet with plenty of parking spaces. All the boats were in the water well ahead of departure time so we got away early.

We had a good look around the boats moored in the Bay and a close-up view of the marina under construction. By the time we got to Karaka Point to cruise Whatamango Bay the westerly breeze had freshened so it was decided to cruise back to Beeches Bay for a long lunch. It was very pleasant in the sunshine on a sheltered lawn.We were all back on the trailers by 2.30 pm.  A short run to end the season.
